I am weaker than an old woman.

I went to the doctors for an examination and then blood tests, and during the blood test I was biting my hand from the over-whealming pain and eventually it was over. On the way back home I suddenly felt very weak and instead of going out the hospital I ended going to a seat, I felt like I was going to throw up and faint and I lied down on the seats.
After a while a nurse came over and asked me what was wrong, I thought I was going to be told to sit up or leave but instead she got me up and helped me, it seems from me not eating for ages the blood being taken out caused a sudden loss in blood pressure which led me to be like this. Another nurse came over and gave me some biscuits and some tea to help increase my blood pressure anhd kept me company for a while.
After I was finished I felt better and she told me to sit for a bit longer, I stayed there for another 10 or 20 minutes untill I was ready to move, before I left a nice old woman also went in and came out and simply darted into the pharmacy and off home.
I then decided to go and finish up with some things and the pain continued meaning I had to hold my left arm across my chest with my other untill the bandage eventually fell of and it was ok, still I havent touched it since as I am a complete coward when it comes to pain and I wince out strait away.
I am scared of needles and they cause me to much pain due to me being so weak, and then I almost faint afterwards while an old woman can endure it and leave with a smile on her face, thus I am weaker than an old woman.

You know why, though, right? Because you're not eating properly - but don't think of yourself as being weak from now on as you're on your first step to getting better - I'm sure your results will get back soon and the doctor or whoever will help or give advice on how to eat normally again. <3

Yea I am eating a bit more now but still not that much, also I have other things as well like arachanphobia, not sure if the needles is a phobia but they do make me really uncomftable and scare me if they are directed at me and knowing they have to go in : (

I had a needle phobia, but I got over it by kicking the doctor in the shin every time I went for a jag.

But, awwww. Just awwww.

Also just forget about nutrition, splurge on ice-cream or marshmallows or marshmallow flavored ice-cream -(Ben&Jerrys)-
or even just eat a whole cake. Or 12 small cakes.

You should eat more fatty foods, eat your favorites, like Pizza!(Are you a vegetarian?) If you are I heard you in fact can get more than your daily recommendation of nutrients easy on a vegetarian diet... And don't stop eating, I for example am eating cherries right now, right after my double burger(2 patties), and I am still hungry.

That's kind of like when I twisted my ankle and broke my middle finger at the same time. I was so scared and in pain that I didn't tell anyone, but eventually my mom saw that I was limping and took me to the doctors. I was pretty weak because it hadn't been helped in five days or so.

I asked when Oliver requested it but the doctor said that it would be me eating far more than I am and still getting worse. Not changing my eating and if anything jsut eating less like lately then it canceled out the tapeworms otherwise I wouldnt really be able to do anything from the lack of energy.
